Terms & Conditions.

By accessing or using the services provided by Paws N Brews ("we," "our," or "us"), including our dog daycare, boarding, dog park, taproom, and website located at pawsnbrews.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Dog Daycare

Our daycare service provides supervised care for dogs during operating hours. All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation before enrollment. Dogs must be spayed/neutered (if over 6 months), up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), and free of parasites.

Boarding

Our boarding service provides overnight care in private suites. Boarding includes supervised play sessions, feeding (owner-provided food preferred), and 24/7 monitoring. Drop-off and pick-up are available during posted business hours.

Dog Park

Our off-leash dog park is available to all dogs with current vaccinations. Day passes and memberships are available. All dogs must be supervised by their owner while in the dog park. Aggressive dogs may be asked to leave at staff discretion.

Taproom & Food Service

Our self-serve taproom is available to guests 21 years of age and older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. You are responsible for monitoring your own alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Account Creation

To use certain services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Pet Information

You must provide truthful information about your pet's health, behavior, and vaccination status. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services and may put other animals at risk.

Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus), and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian must be provided before any services are rendered.

Spay/Neuter Policy

All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare and boarding services.

Health Warranty

By bringing your dog to Paws N Brews, you warrant that your dog is in good health and has not been ill with any known communicable disease within the last 30 days. If your dog shows signs of illness, we reserve the right to refuse service and may require veterinary clearance before your dog can return.

Fees

Current pricing is available at our facility and on our website. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Packages and memberships are subject to their specific terms.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For boarding, payment is due upon pick-up unless prepaid.

Late Pick-Up

Late pick-up fees may apply if your dog is not picked up by the end of operating hours. A fee will be charged for each additional hour or portion thereof. Extended late pick-up may result in automatic boarding charges.

Daycare

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge for the scheduled service.

Boarding

Boarding reservations require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Packages & Memberships

Unused daycare packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another dog within the same household. Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Inherent Risks

You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with group animal care, including but not limited to injury from other dogs, stress, illness transmission, and property damage. By using our services, you voluntarily assume these risks.

Limitation of Liability

Paws N Brews shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from your dog's participation in our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service during which the incident occurred.

Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of a medical emergency, Paws N Brews will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, you authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care for your dog. You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

Pet Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any dog that displays aggressive, destructive, or dangerous behavior. Dogs that fail their temperament evaluation or pose a risk to other dogs, staff, or guests may be dismissed from our facility.

Owner Conduct

All guests must conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. Harassment, disorderly conduct, or violation of facility rules may result in removal from the premises and termination of services.

Alcohol Policy

Guests must consume alcohol responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. You are responsible for your own transportation and must not operate a vehicle while impaired.

Photos & Media

By using our services, you grant Paws N Brews permission to photograph and/or video record your dog and use such media for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your dog to be photographed, please notify us in writing.

Website Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Paws N Brews and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kootenai County, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
